What is a CRT Account?

Every participant in a claim must have a CRT Account. Your CRT Account is where you do most things for your CRT claim, like submit evidence or view claim documents. It’s also where you can access your confidential negotiation page, to try and settle the claim with the other participants.

You must have a CRT Account to make a claim, or respond to a claim someone made against you. You’ll be prompted to create a CRT Account when you do those things, if you don’t already have one.

If you’re a representative for someone in a CRT claim, you must have your own CRT Account. Log in to see your options to link a claim to your representative account.

Log in to your CRT Account now.

What is my CRT Account username?

Your email address is your CRT Account username.

If you already have a CRT Account, use the same account and email address for any new claims. This will make it easier for you to access all your claims at once. It also makes it easier for our system to manage your claims, and update your contact information if necessary.

What password should I use?

Your password must be at least 8 characters and include:

  • Upper and lowercase letters
  • Numbers

Your password and CRT claim files are private. Don’t share your CRT Account login with anyone.

How do I reset my password?

Your password will expire if you don’t log in for 90 days.

If your password expired or you forgot it, click “Forgot Your Password?” on the CRT Account login screen, and follow the instructions.
