A helper unofficially supports you with the CRT process. A helper might be a trusted friend or family member, advocate, or Indigenous elder. You don’t need the CRT’s permission to have a helper.
You can also ask us for supports or accommodations.
If you self-identify as Indigenous, we’ll offer to connect you with a CRT Navigator. Your navigator can help you understand the CRT’s dispute resolution process and guide you through it. Learn more about supports for Indigenous participants.
