Rules and Policies
The CRT is required to have a set of rules.
Rules are a bit like an instruction guide. They help make the CRT fair, transparent, and consistent.
These rules place high importance on fairness and access to justice. The tribunal can waive or vary the application of a rule or timeline to facilitate the fair, affordable, and efficient resolution of claims.
