The CRT’s Solution Explorer continues to improve!
On March 17, 2022, we launched updates to a Solution Explorer area:
Our Solution Explorer offers free legal information and self-help tools, like communication templates. If you want to make a CRT claim, choose “Make a claim with the CRT” when the Solution Explorer asks what you’d like to do about your issue.
For the Loans and Money Lending area, here’s a summary of the changes:
- We restructured this area to be more intuitive and easier to use
- We rewrote the questions and answers in plainer language
- We reviewed and updated all the information sheet resources
- For commercial lenders, we made it easier for you to make a CRT claim – just follow the prompts to be taken directly to our online claim application form
