If you're an applicant or respondent in a CRT claim and can't afford CRT fees, use this form to apply for a fee waiver. Only individuals can ask for a fee waiver. Companies, partnerships, societies, cooperative associations, and stratas aren’t eligible. A fee waiver only applies to CRT fees. It doesn’t apply to any other costs or amounts in a CRT claim. We will follow up with you once we review and process your form.
