The CRT’s Solution Explorer continues to improve!
On December 16, 2021, we launched updates to 2 Solution Explorer areas:
- Strata Owners and Tenants
- Vehicle Accidents On or After May 1, 2021
Our Solution Explorer offers free legal information and self-help tools, like communication templates. If you want to make a CRT claim, choose “Make a claim with the CRT” when the Solution Explorer asks what you’d like to do about your issue.
For our Strata Owners and Tenants area in particular:
- We made the questions and answers easier to understand
- You can choose more than 1 issue to explore
- We reviewed and updated all the information sheet resources
- We added links to recent CRT decisions for some issues
- We made it easier for you to make a CRT claim
