Participant Survey – November 2025

The Civil Resolution Tribunal anonymously surveys people who have gone through the tribunal process. We use this feedback to improve the way we serve the public. We report the results every month on this blog.

We had 49 responses to our participant survey in November 2025. We’re pleased to report that participant satisfaction remains strong in all areas except timely resolution. We’re taking measures to address a high volume of claims and improve timeliness in all areas of the dispute resolution process.

 

 

Selected comments on what participants liked about their experience with the CRT:

  • The entire process is online…so I didn’t have to miss work…or loss of pay.
  • When I phoned the CRT for information my call was answered quickly by friendly and knowledgeable staff.
  • Ability of about everyone to use…because not everybody can afford a lawyer to help with legal issues.
  • The online experience/website was good. Process was simple.
  • Flexible to consider your schedule to complete [the] process.

Selected comments on what the CRT could have done to improve their experience:

  • Get more staff, funding and speed up the process.
  • Improve communication and provide clearer timelines.
  • The CRT should strictly enforce compliance with its established procedures and filing deadlines.
