The Civil Resolution Tribunal anonymously surveys people who have gone through the tribunal process. We use this feedback to improve the way we serve the public. We report the results every month on this blog.
We had 50 responses to our participant survey in January 2026. We’re pleased to report that participant satisfaction remains strong in most areas. We’re taking measures to address a high volume of claims and improve timeliness in all areas of the dispute resolution process.
Selected comments on what participants liked about their experience with the CRT:
- Ability to file online, and not have to file paperwork at some office.
- Was easy to reach a human on the telephone to answer questions.
- Keeps you well informed about the status of the dispute and next steps.
- Very professional and helpful with the process.
Selected comments on what the CRT could have done to improve their experience:
- Resolving issues faster would make this service much better.
- Make it simpler to use.
- Perhaps a couple of examples of how to fill out the forms.
