The Civil Resolution Tribunal anonymously surveys people who have gone through the tribunal process. We use this feedback to improve the way we serve the public. We report anonymous, aggregate results every month on this blog.
We had 55 responses to our satisfaction survey in December 2021. We’re pleased to report that participant satisfaction remains strong.
Selected comments on what participants liked about their experience with the CRT:
- Provided an easy and user friendly process to get my dispute solved.
- Allowed an opportunity to negotiate at every step.
- No need to involve lawyers. Kept cost quite reasonable.
- I like that they looked into the facts. Reviewed the evidence with an unbiased eye.
Selected comments on what the CRT could have done to improve their experience:
- A blueprint of how the process would progress.
- Expedite the process if possible.
- Website needs some reorganization in my opinion.
