2018: Information Sessions for Community Groups

The Civil Resolution Tribunal (CRT) will begin resolving certain motor vehicle personal injury disputes beginning on April 1, 2019. We’re working hard to get ready for this new area of jurisdiction, including by developing new Solution Explorer legal information and tools, drafting CRT rules, creating new processes, and hiring new staff, among other things.

The CRT has always worked closely with stakeholder groups to make sure we understand and address the needs of tribunal participants. We know the CRT’s new jurisdiction over motor vehicle accident disputes will involve new stakeholders, and we want to share how the CRT works, answer questions, and hear your feedback.

That’s why we’re inviting community stakeholders, including medical associations, rehabilitation organizations, and community advocacy groups to join us at one of the following information sessions:

• September 25, 2018: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM, downtown Vancouver
• October 2, 2018: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM, downtown Vancouver

Telephone conferencing and screen share will be available for participants outside of Vancouver.
If your organization would like to participate, please contact us with:

• Your name
• The organization you represent
• Which session you would like to attend

We look forward to seeing you there!
