Get In-Person Help at Service BC

The CRT is built around the needs of the public, including people who cannot use a computer or access the internet. That’s why we offer mail and telephone services in addition to online ones. Now, people can also get in-person assistance with CRT services through Service BC.

Service BC provides front line support for many of the hundreds of programs and services the provincial government offers to residents, businesses, and visitors, and including the CRT.

Service BC has 62 offices located throughout BC. You can now go into one of those offices and get a paper form, submit the form for filing with the CRT, and pay filing fees. You can also use one of the Service BC Citizen Access Terminals to access the CRT’s Solution Explorer and submit an online application for dispute resolution.

Here’s more information about Service BC and where to find the nearest location.
