The Civil Resolution Tribunal anonymously surveys people who have gone through the tribunal process. We use this feedback to improve the way we serve the public. We report the results every month on this blog.
We had 44 responses to our participant survey in December 2025. We’re pleased to report that participant satisfaction remains strong in most areas. We’re taking measures to address a high volume of claims and improve timeliness in all areas of the dispute resolution process.
Selected comments on what participants liked about their experience with the CRT:
- Very accessible, affordable…the focus on negotiation is a real plus.
- Very professional and well designed process.
- Great communication and clear helpful instructions moving through the process.
- Our CRT contact acted as a gentle guiding mediator, which proved to be effective.
- I am so grateful for the CRT giving me the opportunity to resolve a very difficult situation.
