Participant Satisfaction Survey – July 2022

The Civil Resolution Tribunal anonymously surveys people who have gone through the tribunal process. We use this feedback to improve the way we serve the public. We report the results every month on this blog.

We had 28 responses to our satisfaction survey in July 2022. We’re pleased to report that participant satisfaction remains strong.

 

Selected comments on what participants liked about their experience with the CRT:

  • I appreciated the opportunity to present my concerns from my home rather than travel.
  • Very easy process, great alternative options for facilitation and negotiations.
  • Not having to get a lawyer to handle small stuff like this.
  • [The negotiation process] “forced” my strata to communicate in a meaningful way that allowed us to quickly resolve our dispute.

Selected comments on what the CRT could have done to improve their experience:

  • Be more timely.
  • It was hard to know what exactly to do each step of the way.
  • Information about cataloguing evidence to co[i]ncide with argument would be helpful.
