Participant Satisfaction Survey – January 2023

The Civil Resolution Tribunal anonymously surveys people who have gone through the tribunal process. We use this feedback to improve the way we serve the public. We report the results every month on this blog.

We had 42 responses to our participant satisfaction survey in January 2023. We’re pleased to report that participant satisfaction remains strong.

 

Selected comments on what participants liked about their experience with the CRT:

  • Being able to do this from home at my own speed.
  • I like that it was all online, with good resources overall, both in terms of the articles and the support clerks.
  • The system was easy to navigate.
  • The website info was clear and the process reasonably easy to follow but there was staff available to answer any questions.
  • It was fair and the representative was excellent at guiding me through.

Selected comments on what the CRT could have done to improve their experience:

  • The process could give better direction for uploading evidence.
  • [A] step by step guide.
  • Procedural rules need to be simplified.
  • Initial response was a little slow but understandable.
