Are you a community advocate, legal clinic staffer, or someone who works with vulnerable populations in BC?
The CRT is improving our application forms for dispute resolution. We want our forms to be more accessible for applicants with potential barriers or challenges, and also to people who might be helping someone understand and use our forms.
We’d like to invite you to participate in an early walk-through of our improved application form.
This would involve a one-time session of 50 minutes, by phone and screen-share (videoconference). The session would be on either Tuesday August 18 or Thursday August 20. It would be a one-on-one private session with an experienced user testing facilitator. They will show you a prototype of our new application form, and ask you to talk your way through filling it out.
We’ll use your feedback to improve our new application form before we release it to the public.
We would greatly appreciate your participation – your input will help us make our online tools as accessible as possible to the widest range of British Columbians. We will send you your choice of a $25 gift card as a token of our appreciation for your time.
To register for this testing opportunity, please contact us (ATTN: User Experience Lead) by Tuesday, August 11, 2020.
