The CRT is very excited to welcome Boston Laferté.
Boston will be working with the CRT as a summer student from May to August 2023.
Boston is a member of the Métis Nation of BC. He grew up in Treaty 8 territory near the town of Peace River, Alberta and moved to Victoria in 2018, almost immediately after graduating high school.
Boston holds a BA in History and Indigenous Studies from the University of Victoria. He is currently studying law at UVIC in the joint degree program in Canadian Common Law and Indigenous Legal Orders.
When not working or studying, he loves to read, get out in the fresh air, and spend time with friends and loved ones.
