Participant Satisfaction Survey – June 2023

The Civil Resolution Tribunal anonymously surveys people who have gone through the tribunal process. We use this feedback to improve the way we serve the public. We report the results every month on this blog.

We had 27 responses to our participant satisfaction survey in June 2023. We’re pleased to report that participant satisfaction remains strong.

 

Selected comments on what participants liked about their experience with the CRT:

  • I believe most people find it daunting to start legal procedures against corporate institutions, but the CRT has made the process very easy and comfortable.
  • The staff was awesome, very helpful, very professional and unbiased.
  • I found the process relatively simple, and it allowed me to make an application without the difficulty and expense of small claims court.
  • Just to have [a] 3rd party that listened was nice.

Selected comments on what the CRT could have done to improve their experience:

  • Been in plainer language, I found the emails to be very wordy and not easy for a lay person.
  • Faster service.
  • More rigour in CRT rules is required.
