Participant Satisfaction Survey – July 2023

The Civil Resolution Tribunal anonymously surveys people who have gone through the tribunal process. We use this feedback to improve the way we serve the public. We report the results every month on this blog.

We had 31 responses to our participant satisfaction survey in July 2023. Satisfaction remains strong in all areas except timely resolution. We’re taking measures to address a staff shortage and improve timeliness in all areas of the dispute resolution process.

 

Selected comments on what participants liked about their experience with the CRT:

  • The cost to try and resolve a difficult situation is reasonable for even low-income applicants.
  • Fair and unbiased.
  • The all-online process was great because it’s convenient and affordable.
  • Website was easy. Steps were well laid out.

Selected comments on what the CRT could have done to improve their experience:

  • Faster timeline to come to a decision.
  • More clarity on whether the process is waiting on action from me or whether I am waiting on action from someone else.
  • The website interface is not intuitive.
