Participant Satisfaction Survey – August 2023

The Civil Resolution Tribunal anonymously surveys people who have gone through the tribunal process. We use this feedback to improve the way we serve the public. We report the results every month on this blog.

We had 41 responses to our participant satisfaction survey in August 2023. Satisfaction remains strong in all areas except timely resolution. We’re taking measures to address a staff shortage and improve timeliness in all areas of the dispute resolution process.

 

Selected comments on what participants liked about their experience with the CRT:

  • The claim was resolved very efficiently.
  • The [case manager was] supportive and invested in helping us reach a resolution.
  • I was able to actually [talk] to someone on the phone who always was able to help me through!
  • Thank you for trying to make it easier and for emphasizing respect.

Selected comments on what the CRT could have done to improve their experience:

  • There could be more info on the website.
  • It should be more clear on confirmation the [evidence] documents are uploaded.
  • Set expectations for wait times.
