The Civil Resolution Tribunal anonymously surveys people who have gone through the tribunal process. We use this feedback to improve the way we serve the public and we have begun to report the cumulative results every month on this blog.
The participant satisfaction survey results remain strong, with 77% indicating they are likely to recommend the CRT to others and 82% agreeing or strongly agreeing that they were treated fairly throughout the process.
