The next stage in the CRT process is having a tribunal member review your evidence and information. They will make a decision about this claim and whether to issue an intimate image protection order.

This form will help you give all the information a tribunal member needs to make a decision about the claim. These questions are not legal advice.

This form uses the phrase “intimate image” for simplicity, but in your case it could be a video or a livestream.
