Participant Survey – June 2024

The Civil Resolution Tribunal anonymously surveys people who have gone through the tribunal process. We use this feedback to improve the way we serve the public. We report the results every month on this blog.

We had 39 responses to our participant survey in June 2024. We’re pleased to report that participant satisfaction remains strong in all areas except timely resolution.

We’re taking measures to address a staff shortage and improve timeliness in all areas of the dispute resolution process. See our blog post The CRT Welcomes New Staff and Tribunal Members.

 

 

Selected comments on what participants liked about their experience with the CRT:

  • The ease of the application process.
  • Provid[ed] clear and thorough guidance…I felt well-supported at every step.
  • Any questions were answered promptly and completely.
  • Accountability assurances…well articulated codes of conduct.
  • It was accessible from anywhere.
  • Staff [were] extremely kind and professional!

Selected comments on what the CRT could have done to improve their experience:

  • Shorten the queue timeline.
  • Making the uploading of files easier. Batch uploading.
  • I would have liked to have one contact in case of questions.
  • Clearer wording in the CRT explanation of the process.
