Participant Survey – August 2024

The Civil Resolution Tribunal anonymously surveys people who have gone through the tribunal process. We use this feedback to improve the way we serve the public. We report the results every month on this blog.

We had 50 responses to our participant survey in August 2024. We’re pleased to report that participant satisfaction remains strong. Results also reflect measures the CRT has taken to improve timeliness in all areas of the dispute resolution process. See our blog post The CRT Welcomes New Staff and Tribunal Members.

 

 

Selected comments on what participants liked about their experience with the CRT:

  • The staff at CRT was very understanding and helpful.
  • Ability to solve strata problems online.
  • Professionalism – once we got to facilitation it went quickly – flexible.
  • It was easy to contact and speak with a CRT staff member by phone.
  • Simple and straightforward.

Selected comments on what the CRT could have done to improve their experience:

  • Provide clear, direct and easy access to all the information or stages in the process.
  • Speed up the process, if possible.
  • Sort out the glitches in the online system.
