Participant Survey – April 2024

The Civil Resolution Tribunal anonymously surveys people who have gone through the tribunal process. We use this feedback to improve the way we serve the public. We report the results every month on this blog.

We had 28 responses to our participant survey in April 2024. We’re pleased to report that participant satisfaction remains strong in all areas except timely resolution. We’re taking measures to address a staff shortage and improve timeliness in all areas of the dispute resolution process.

 

Selected comments on what participants liked about their experience with the CRT:

  • Feeling like my complaint would be taken seriously.
  • The website was easy to navigate.
  • Everything could be done online, saving time.
  • Staff does great job and very professional.

Selected comments on what the CRT could have done to improve their experience:

  • Shorter wait time for case to be assigned to a case manager.
  • Kept a little closer contact with questions and next plateau.
  • Information about how long the process is to take.
