The CRT Welcomes New Staff and Tribunal Members

The CRT’s mandate is to provide dispute resolution services that are fair, accessible, speedy, economical, informal, and flexible.

In May and June 2024, we welcomed 10 new case managers and 6 new tribunal members to the CRT, effectively doubling those teams. We are hopeful this will advance the CRT’s commitment to improving timeliness in all aspects of our dispute resolution process.
